Return Policy

At LovEtern Store we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our small operation, we currently do not accept general returns.

Exceptions
We understand that issues can arise, so we do accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive an item that is faulty or doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assist you with a resolution, either through a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or personalized items.
